Update (25nd Dec): Tatkal booking (Non-residential Delegate only) will open at 6pm on Dec 26th. 15 seats will be up for booking till 6pm on Dec 30th or exhaustion of quota, whichever is earlier. Payment charges and bank details will be notified at 7am on the same day.

There are two categories of Registrations for Delegates.
A. Non - Residential Delegate ( INR 4250 ) Unavailable Now
Inclusions:
Delegate Fee, Delegate Kit, Tea and snacks during the sessions
Breakfast, lunch and dinner on 27th Jan; Breakfast and lunch on 28th Jan
B. Residential Delegate (INR 5750)
Inclusions:
Two nights accomodation on twin sharing basis
Delegate Fee, Delegate Kit, Tea and snacks during the sessions
Breakfast, lunch and dinner on 27th Jan; Breakfast and lunch on 28th Jan
Cancellation Policy:
- Your registration can be cancelled only till 1st Dec 2022. You will get a full refund.
- Your registration and/or accommodation can be transferred to another person till 10th Dec.2022.
- No transfers and new registration would be applicable after 10th Dec 2022, barring exceptional conditions as might be deemed by the organizers.
- All the Delegates are requested to forward their Pass port size High resolution Photograph along with Name, Shed to jayakarsunkara@gmail.com.
Note:
* Check-in at the hotel for all delegates starts on 26th Jan 2023 at 7PM.
* Check-out for all delegates is on 28th Jan 2023 at 7PM irrespective of time of check-in. Any extensions would attract additional charges by the hotel and are to be worked out directly by the delegate with the hotel.
* Dinner on 26th or 28th is not included in the registration fee.
* Any additional stay, room service, laundry, damages caused, taps broken, etc. will be billed to the delegates and they have to settle these bills before checking out.
* It will be the responsibility of the Non Residential delegates to reach the Hotel at the designated time on both days. No transportation will be arranged by the OC.
* Family members older than 8 years will be considered as full delegates.
